2. Micro-Precise Measurements & Custom Fabrication
- All custom mirrors and glass fabrications by Al Najm Glass and Mirror Company are manufactured according to exact physical dimensions verified by our technical measurement team or explicitly signed off by the client.
- Because custom items are permanently cut and shaped to unique project specifications by Al Najm Glass and Mirror Company, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or structurally modified once factory fabrication begins.
3. Payment Structure & Commercial Terms
- A standard percentage deposit is strictly required to secure materials and initiate the custom factory manufacturing process at Al Najm Glass and Mirror Company.
- The remaining project balance is due immediately upon secure delivery or completion of the professional installation phase executed by Al Najm Glass and Mirror Company, unless specialized B2B corporate terms are agreed upon in writing.
4. Client Site Readiness & Safety Guidelines
- Clients must ensure that the installation site is cleared, safe, and fully accessible for the Al Najm Glass and Mirror Company technical crew during scheduled working hours (Saturday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
- For all custom LED and smart mirrors supplied by Al Najm Glass and Mirror Company, appropriate primary electrical routing, safely insulated wiring, and junction boxes must be prepared by a certified electrician before our installation team arrives on-site.
5. Governing Law & Qatar Jurisdiction
